Insight Out Studio groups consist of three to seven same gender participants and are inclusive of all stages of dating: new daters (new to Seattle, new to dating, new to on-line dating); re-daters (post-break-up, divorced, widowed); and later daters (deciding to date later in life, established career and then chose to date, or never found “the one”).
Introductory Insight Out Studio group sessions (5 weeks) will cover getting to know who we ourselves are deeply. Gaining understanding into the more intricate components of our individual personality, attachment styles, what sustains us in relationships in order to create our own pace of moving toward the pursuit of partnership.
The on-going Insight Out Studio group (12 weeks). These subsequent group sessions are structured similar to the initial group but are also dynamic with the flow of the group. The structured components are about refining your understanding of your self individually and relationally based on your values, aspirations, history, individual personality, personal perspectives, vulnerabilities, daring goals, formative experiences, styles of internal creativity, personal aptitudes and resilience.
Our understanding of ourselves and what fits for us individually is expedited when in the studio. Learning what resonates for us in the views and stories of others, as well as finding ourselves tentatively and courageously uttering what holds meaning for us contains the power of the group.
Individual sessions are available throughout if / as needed.

You may have experienced a break-up, a divorce or are widowed and find the idea of re-entering the dating world a daunting one. Or maybe you are currently dating and finding it discouraging. Our groups help you define and discover your own path toward a fulfilling relationship.
Some may wait longer than others to start dating, whether due to preference, career or just never having found "the one". Our groups support individuals who make the decision to date later in life, which has its own unique challenges.
